Effective October 15, 2026·Last updated October 15, 2026·Version 1.0
01Who this applies to#
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Peak apps or our services, and to everything done with your credentials, your connected accounts, and your Sherpa and AI settings. You're responsible for your team's use.
02You may not#
- Break the law or use the Service for fraud, deception, or unfair or deceptive practices.
- Message people without proper consent. That includes cold texts, purchased, rented, scraped or "enriched" lists, telemarketing to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without an exemption, messages after someone opts out, and messages outside allowed hours. See the Texting & Messaging Policy.
- Spam. No unsolicited bulk email, deceptive headers or subject lines, or commercial email without a working unsubscribe and your physical mailing address (CAN-SPAM).
- Send prohibited content: anything illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene or sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm. In texts, no sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco content ("SHAFT") unless carrier rules and your registration allow it, and no illegal drugs, cannabis, gambling, payday or high-risk loans, debt relief, get-rich-quick offers or phishing.
- Manipulate reviews. Don't ask only happy customers, offer anything for a review, write or buy fake reviews, threaten people to remove reviews, or show a filtered set of reviews as if it were all of them (16 C.F.R. Part 465 and Google's policies).
- Impersonate a person or company, fake an identity, or pass AI off as a human when someone asks or the law requires you to say so.
- Misuse AI. Don't use AI features to create illegal, deceptive or harmful content, make decisions with legal effect about people without human review, jailbreak models, get around your AI provider's usage policies, or run loops that burn through your or anyone else's resources.
- Put in data the apps aren't built for: protected health information (without a signed agreement), payment card numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, biometric data, or children's data.
- Attack or abuse the Service. No probing, scanning or testing for weaknesses (except a good-faith report to hello@peak-engine.com), getting around limits, spoofing the Sherpa command number or verified phones, scraping, overloading, or getting into other people's accounts or data.
- Abuse the demo workspace. Don't upload real data or malware, try to reach other visitors' data, or deface it.
- Resell or white-label the Service, or offer it to others as a competing service, without our written permission.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or upload content you don't have the right to use.
- Break your providers' rules, like Twilio's acceptable use and messaging policies and A2P 10DLC rules, Stripe's restricted businesses list, Google's policies, Anthropic's and OpenAI's usage policies, and carrier requirements.
- Get around sanctions or export laws.
03What we do about violations#
We may investigate, remove content, slow down or pause sending, suspend or end accounts, tell providers, carriers or law enforcement, and keep records. We don't have to monitor your use and don't promise to catch every violation; not acting isn't approval. You cover us for claims caused by violations, as the Terms say.
04Report a problem#
Report abuse (for example, unwanted texts sent through the apps) to hello@peak-engine.com with "Abuse" in the subject, and security problems with "Security" in the subject. Include the phone number or email that contacted you, the date and time, and a screenshot if you have one.
