Peak Engine

PRICING

Simple pricing. We get paid when you get jobs.

A low monthly fee covers the tools and the work. Most of what we earn comes from jobs you close from leads we sent you.

TL;DR

Peak Engine plans start at $497 a month. On top of the monthly fee you pay a few dollars for each real lead we bring you, and a small share of each job you win from those leads within 180 days, capped per job. Setup is waived on a 12-month term. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google or Facebook, with no markup. The first 6 months are the minimum; after that it’s month to month.

HOW BILLING WORKS

One bill a month. Every lead on it.

01 · 1st

Monthly fee and last month's leads

Your plan's monthly fee is billed for the month ahead, plus last month's real leads at your plan's per-lead price.

02 · 1st

Your statement

You get a statement listing every lead we sent and every job marked won, with its value.

03 · By the 4th

Check it

Fix any won or lost values that are wrong. Your app is the record, so what's in it is what we bill.

04 · 5th

Share of jobs won

Your share of last month's won jobs is billed, capped per job. Bank debit (ACH) by default.

WHAT COUNTS AS A LEAD

You only pay for real leads.

Counts

  • A new person (not in touch in the last 90 days)
  • Who found you through our ads, website or Google profile
  • Asking about a service you offer
  • In the area you serve

Never counts

  • Spam and bots
  • Sales pitches and vendors
  • Job seekers
  • Wrong numbers
  • Your existing customers
  • Calls under 30 seconds with no follow-up

Every lead is tracked from the first call to the closed job. If you don’t think one counts, you have 10 days to flag it.

THE DIFFERENCE

Peak Engine vs. a typical agency.

QuestionTypical agencyPeak Engine
Who pays when there are no leads? You. The retainer is the same either way.Mostly us. You pay the monthly fee and not much else.
How long are you locked in?Often a year or more.6 months, then month to month (30 days' notice).
Who owns the website and accounts?Often the agency. You do. We hand everything over if you leave.
How fast are leads answered? Not their job.In seconds, day or night.

JUST NEED ONE THING?

Single services.

Plans cost less and include the app and lead follow-up. Single services have no share of jobs won, because we can’t track a lead end to end if we only run one piece.

PRICING QUESTIONS

The fine print, in plain words.

Yes, a simple one. The first 6 months are the minimum, because ads and Google take a few months to get going. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

Yes, from $1,500 to $3,500 depending on the plan. It's waived if you sign up for 12 months.

Then you pay the monthly fee and not much else. Most of our pay comes from jobs you win, so we're motivated to get you work. We don't guarantee leads or revenue. We show you real numbers every month.

Jobs you sell to a lead we brought you, within 180 days of their first call, text or form. The share is on the job's contract value and capped per job. Repeat work after 180 days is all yours.

You do, directly to Google or Facebook, at a budget you pick. We never mark it up.

You have 10 days to flag it. Every lead is tracked from the first call, so we can both see where it came from. If it doesn't count, you don't pay for it.

Yes. Your domain, Google profile, ad accounts and customer data are in your name. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.

After the first 6 months, give 30 days' notice. We send a final statement (including leads still inside the 180-day window), export your contacts and history, and hand over your accounts. If you got a free website on a 12-month term and leave early, the unpaid part of the build is due, prorated.
